Here is an easy recipe for Green Papaya Salad
1. Take green papaya and remove the skin. Shave off thin strips from the papaya with a peeler and place in cold water.
2. Place garlic, Thai chilli and dried shrimp in a mortar and add 1 Tablespoon of fish sauce and fresh lime.
3. Slightly grind the mix.
4. Add slide tomatoes and green beans.
5. Add papaya to the mix and transfer to a bowl.
