Here is how I prepare my favourite Thai Green Curry Chicken at home
Ingredients for Thai Green Chicken Curry
- 500-gram Thai pieces of Chicken
- Thai Green Curry Paste ( easy to find on the shelves)
- Chicken Broth
- Eggplant cut in cubes
- Fish Sauce
- Palm Sugar
- Coconut milk 400ml
Cooking Steps for Thai Green Curry
- Heat two spoons of oil in a wok
- Add two tablespoonfuls of Thai curry paste and stir until fragrant
- Add coconut milk and cook for 4 minute
- Add pieces of chicken meat and cook until the meat become tender
- Add eggplant cubes and add half a cup of chicken broth
- Cover and let it simmer for 5 minutes
- Put basil leaves on the mix and serve
Voila !!! you are ready to go with home-cooked Green Curry Chicken. Serve with white rice.
