1. Take 1Kg of mince and add salt, red chilli pepper, chopped onions, breadcrumbs and roasted gram flour, coriander powder & garam masala. (seven spice mix)
2. Roll into equal size balls and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Take almonds, black cardamom ( bari elachi), zeera, cinnamon, tej patta, black pepper. Roast the mix and make a powder.
4. To prepare a paste, take four tomatoes. Boil and peel. Add 100gram of cashews that have been soaked in milk. Brown onions in olive oil and add the mix to make a uniform paste.
5. Heat ghee (purified butter) in a non-stick pan. Add jeera ( cumin) and Heeng ( asafetida ) and onion to make a paste. Add the tomatoes paste and cook until the oil separates
6. Add Yogurt to the mix and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Boil couple of eggs.
8. Put Koftas in the mix and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. 9. Add cilantro and adjust the spices to suit your taste.
