I use Tiger Prawns for this recipe which are cleaned and deveined. This is a great recipe for Thai food lovers as the original recipe comes from Thailand.

  • Chopped Onion Ginger Garlic Chillies turned into a paste

Steps to Prepare Prawn Recipe

01400 gram of defined shrimps washed. Chopped onions.

02Place coconut oil in a pan and heat it up. Add onions, ginger, garlic, chilly paste. Fry until the oil separates.

03Add coconut milk, lemon, and sugar, and bring the mixture to a boil.

04Add Soya Sauce, Fish Oil, and MSG

05Add shrimps to the mix and bring it to boil

06Add cilantro and serve with rice
