This version of pasta contains fettuccine pasta drenched in a garlic-infused tomato sauce, topped with plump prawns.   • 300g Fettuccine Pasta
  • 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 750g Prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined 
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
  • 425g tub of Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 1 Tbs finely chopped flat-leaf parsley basil leaves

Preparation Steps for Prawn Fettuccine Recipe

01 Cook Pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water (with a pinch of salt) and cook according to package directions.

02 Heat oil in a frying pan on high heat and add prawns and garlic. Cook and toss for 3 mins.

03 Add pasta sauce and reserved cooking liquid. Reduce the heat to low, cook and stir for 3 mins or until the prawns curl and change colour.

04 Add pasta and parsley to the prawn mixture. Toss to combine the ingredients. Sprinkle with basil and serve with garlic bread.
