Chicken Pakora Recipe



A delicious afternoon snack for you to enjoy after a tiring day with a hot cup of tea or coffee.


  • 1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Dry Coriander
  • 1/2 garlic/ ginger Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

 Method for Preparation:

01Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces or strips.

02Add salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, black pepper, dry coriander, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce and egg. Mix well.

03After mixing, leave for marination for half hour. Add some cornflour and sesame seeds and mix well.

04Preheat the oil and fry the chicken at medium flame till golden brown.

05Your pakoras are ready. Serve with mayo, mint chutney or ketchup. Enjoy!
