Chicken Spaghetti Recipe



It is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. Like other pasta, spaghetti is made of wheat and water and sometimes enriched with vitamins and minerals.

Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti:

  • 1 pack of noodles (homemade or bought from the store)
  • 250 grams of boneless chicken (small pieces)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/2 ground cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 pieces of garlic (chopped)
  • A handful of spring onion (chopped)
  • A handful of cabbage, carrot, and capsicum (quantity depends on you)

 Method for Preparation for Chicken Spaghetti:

01Boil 2 liters of water. After that add the noodles and let them boil for 8-10 minutes.

02Add salt and oil to the noodles. Once their done, sieve them out and sprinkle 2 cups of cold water over them. This is done to prevent them from sticking to each other.

03In a separate pan, heat 3 tbsp of oil. Once the oil is heated, add the chopped garlic and onion.

04After a few minutes, add the chicken. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.

05Once the chicken is done, add the carrots, cabbage and capsicum.

06Add the soy sauce, chili sauce, cumin seeds, black pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes. Make sure to give it a good stir.

07Now, add the boiled noodles to the pan and mix it well. Add another handful of spring onions at the end.

Your spaghetti is ready, enjoy!
