Fried fish is any fish that has been prepared by frying. Often, the fish is covered in batter, egg, breadcrumbs, flour, herbs and spices before being fried.
Fried Fish Recipe
Ingredients for Fried Fish:
- 1 kg fish fillets (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 red chili powder
- 1/2 chili flakes
- 1/2 cumin seeds
- 1/2 ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
For coating:
- 4-5 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 1/2 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 tbsp Salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tbsp red chili
Method for Preparation of Fried Fish:
01In a bowl, add all the spices, soy sauce and vinegar and mix them well.
02Add the mixture to the fish and mix well. Leave it for marination for 15-20 minutes at least.
03Mix the coating ingredients in a bowl.
04Properly coat the fish on both sides and deep-fry it till golden brown.
