Mint Chicken Pakoras Recipe

Ingredients for Mint Chicken Pakoras:

  • Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg (cut in strips)
  • Coriander (Half Bunch)
  • Mint Leaves (Half Bunch)
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • 1 Whole Garlic Bulb
  • 1 Whole Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of white salt
  • 1 tbsp of ground cumin seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 1 tbsp cornflour

 Method for Preparation of Mint Chicken Pakoras:

01Grind coriander, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic and ginger along with water in a food processor.

02Now put the ground mixture onto the chicken.

03Add 1tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of white salt, 1 tbsp of ground cumin seeds and mix them together by hands.

04Add lemon to the mixture and leave it for one hour.

05After an hour, add an egg, 3 tbsp of flour, 1 tbsp cornflour into the mixture and mix well.

06Your mint chicken pakoras are ready to go into the frying pan!

07Fry them until golden brown and serve with mint chutney.
