01Make sure to boil the milk. While boiling the milk, add the yogurt.
02Do not stir the milk after the yogurt is added.
03After 5 minutes, stir on need low flame, with a flat spoon, stir to and fro and let the cream settle on the sides of the pot.
04When the milk is reduced to half, add cardamom powder and sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
05Without disturbing the settled cream, carefully pour the rabri milk into a bowl and serve.
