01 Put all the marination ingredients in a pot and mix them well.
02 Take the lamb meat and make deep cuts onto it. After that, apply the marination to the meat.
03 Marinate for 1-2 hours. Properly wrap the meat in aluminium foil and make sure to leave no open spaces.
04 You can roast the meat on a charcoal grill. Roast both sides for 1 hour each.
