Health Benefits of eating Nuts

With increasing awareness about the health benefits of daily consumption of nuts, the average consumption of nuts has increased tremendously in more developed countries. Obesity, heart conditions, hair loss and diabetes are becoming global diseases. In order to enjoy a healthy living use of nuts in absolutely essential and a low-cost solution to enjoy a great lifestyle and good health.

Nuts are widely grown across the United States, Mexico, South America, China, Vietnam and India. Nuts are consumed widely across the world and are available through the year on supermarket shelves.

Most nuts including almonds, cashews and macadamias are normally grown in warm climates. Other varieties like pecan, hazelnuts and walnuts are generally grown in cold climates. 

In recent years, with increasing health information available online, the use of nuts in everyday living has increased a lot. You can generally find granola bars with a variety of nuts. Diets helping in weight-loss and healthy lifestyle suggest the use of nuts on a daily basis. 

The nuts are an essential part of a healthy diet as they are rich in essential vitamins, minerals and oils. The high amount of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats in nuts are identified as the major contributor to reducing chances of type 2 diabetes and improving health condition, reducing blood pressure and maintaining healthy body weight.

Nuts are rich in basic minerals like magnesium, selenium, copper manganese and zinc. Most of these minerals are vital for hormonal balance in the body, maintaining healthy skin and hair and improving memory. Nuts are widely grown in Nothern Pakistan. Various fruit varieties are dried and exported to other parts of the country. Walnuts, pinenuts, pistachio are commonly found in high altitudes.

Almonds I consider as happy food as almonds are rich in Vitamin B that helps fight anxiety, stress and depression. The nutrients in almost help release of feel-good neurotransmitter serotonin and dopamine.
Regular use of almonds helps improve memory and induces good sleep. The essential oils in almonds are good of skin and nails.
