Coldwater fish is considered is to be one of the healthiest foods and which protects against heart disease and help lose weight. The recommended diet is approximately 8 ounces of seafood per week.

Fatty fish is rich in Omega-3 and the fats in fish like sardines, mackerel and tuna may help lower blood pressure. The flip side to consuming too much deep water fish is the high concentration of toxins. Following varieties of fish can be consumed three times a week.
