01Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
02In a bowl, cream together oil and sugar and add vanilla.
03Make sure that the egg and milk together make a cup's measurement. Add that to the batter.
04Spoon the dry ingredients into the batter and fold it in.
05In a separate bowl, mix all four ingredients to make the streusel topping.
06Pour the cake batter along with the streusel on top of a bundt cake tin.
07Bake at 175°C for 25-30 mins.
